Abby with her best buds Camille and Emma
Abby has been so excited for this recorder concert and her "Camp concert" She has been practicing the songs for days so I already knew them quite well!! The 3rd grade did such a fun thing this year, once they were through with all the testing they set up "Camp." All 3 classes did it together and they mixed the kids up and they had tents, supplies, sleeping bags, the works!! The kids came up with camp cheers, menus, made solar s'mores, pudding, went on nature hikes and did all kind of exploring and then lots of writing and poetry and art!! You should have seen all of the amazing things they had done!! Abby came home from school every day just bursting with excitement at all the great stuff they were doing!! Now this is great learning!! 
We all know Abby LOVES that recorder!!

What a great way to teach. I am impressed. I love Abby and her recorder. Imiss her serenading everyone entering the Freeman house.
