We had an amazing weekend with 3 performances of the fabulous production of Brigadoon!! Amy and Jenn and Michael all did such an amazing job in the show as did all involved!! Amy played the role of Meg and had two songs herself and lots of dancing, one song she sang while dancing the whole time. I don't know how she remembered all of her lines and all of the words to her songs!! I was so proud of her and truly blown away by her grace and talent!! She lost her voice going into the show on Sunday and that was stressful but Jim rewrote her song for her five minutes before the show and she pulled it off like a pro!! SO proud of her!! Jenn and Michael also had solos and were amazing and just lit up the stage. Molly, the lead, broke her foot on stage the 2nd show and for the last show they had to rework the whole show and all the choreography and it was amazing to watch them rally around Molly and use our old family wheelchair with Molly in it!! The girls had so much fun marching and dancing in the RTC parade the day after Thanksgiving to advertise Brigadoon!! It was the big Christmas parade!! I was so glad that the weather was warm or I was not going to let them walk because it gets so windy there anyway!! We were blessed with a gorgeous day though!! The girls had so much fun and Abby marched as well and handed out cards. It was a very fun time!! We are all SO excited for Brigadoon to open this weekend!!!
