The kids are having SO much fun with Crazy for You!! I think they are enjoying this play more than any other they have done!! Everyone they are doing it with is so much fun, the cast is so close and the music and dancing is a blast!! The next 2 weeks will be SO crazy and busy but so fun!! They will all be so sad when it is over!!

Amy and Tom had so much fun on the choir trip to Busch Gardens!! The choirs performed great and then they had a blast in the park!! Tom did not see Amy really at all but he bonded with Mr. Z.!! Amy had a blast with all her buddies going on all the roller coasters, what a great way to spend a school day!! She came home dirty and tired but very happy!!

Tonight was VERY crazy in the Freeman and Frederickson houses!!! We got Sarah and Matthew off to rehearsal, Jenn to Mama Lucia's, then Abby and I went to California Tortilla before Amy and Michael's concert. The concert went very well, and the kids sang BEAUTIFULLY! It was a very short concert (about 45 minutes) but it was still very fun! This was one crazy and fun night! Before all that happened Amy had voice lessons, we raced from there to get Sarah's tap shoes ordered for Crazy for you, the play is only 10 days away, are we cutting that close or what, ran back to the school to pick Jenn up from girl scouts before she was on to her dinner out at Mama Lucia's and after everything tonight we still had to face homework!!! We had fun though!!

Summer in April!!!

Jenn and her friends enjoyed the early release Monday today with temperatures hitting the mid 90's today!!! It was SO hot!! They had so much fun putting the sprinkler underneath the trampoline and jumping and also running down the slip and slide. I can't believe that slip and slide has lasted so many years especially with so many big kids enjoying it so much!! They don't make it like that anymore. Jenn and her friends came up with a "great plan" to walk along the path to Milwaukee Custard for ice cream. They got a strong veto from me and decided that all Moms were going to say no so they smartly convinced one Mom to drive them there!! They are getting too grown up!! I am not ready for this!! It was a very fun day, I think they have forgotten that they are in school and it is not summer!!!

It was so much fun going with Abby and the rest of the 3rd grade downtown to the Natural History museum to explore that and then get to tour the butterfly exhibit. There was so many butterflies flying all around us and we got to pick out every different kind and they were so beautiful as were all the flowers. We then walked outside to a lovely outdoors park to eat lunch and the kids bought ice cream before we headed back to school. The kids all had a blast on the bus as well. Abby is always right in the middle of all the action with the boys and her friends!! It was so fun to be with her and she left we a very sweet thank you note that night. It was a very fun day!!

Sarah had SO much fun on her 3 day choir trip to Virginia Beach!! It was so great to have 3 days with her best buds Emily and Christine and they had lots of good times and laughs!! They went on a dinner cruise, had free time at the beach and on the board walk, the choirs performed and Sarah's choir got a superior rating!! They spent the whole day Saturday at Busch Gardens amusement park and had a blast!! They got home around midnight last night and Sarah was up early for Church. Now is the tough part, makeup work, but it is SO worth the good times and great memories!!!

Jenn's All County Chorus Concert!!

Jenn has spent the past 2 days preparing with over 800 other 6th graders in the county for the big concert which was this afternoon!! It is truly amazing how they can get all 800 kids to perform and keep them organized for 2 whole days!! The conductor was fabulous and Jenn just loved the day!! We stopped on the way home at TGI Friday's for her to get some dinner and she was very pleased!! We are very proud of you Jenn!!
