Even more Cabaret!!!

I have SO much Cabaret love!! I love all these kids, love all the songs and especially my girls!! I love the picture of Sarah with Jim, he is so great and so funny and we all adore him!! I love the picture of Christine's face in the Legally Blonde song, classic!! Of course I adore all of the pictures of "Aquarious" just so funny!! They were totally into it!! Such fun :)

More Cabaret!!!

The closing night last of Cabaret was the best one yet!! That is how it should be, there was a great crowd, the kids were SO pumped and the show was fabulous!! I was so proud of my girls as they lit up the stage every time they were on stage!! Sarah's songs were gorgeous and she shone in her moment in the spotlight and Amy just lights up when she enters the stage and sings show tunes!! We all love the finale Aquarius and the kids really getting into it big time and enjoy maybe a little too much the idea of being under the influence on stage!! It is quite entertaining to watch, not going to lie!! One of my favorite videos I took!! Such a great show, great kids, so proud of my girls!!

Snow!!!!

We got the first real big snowstorm of the winter this week with the kids out of school for 3 days and with the teacher work days Monday and Tuesday they have 7 days off!! Thankfully Cabaret is on for Saturday night, YEA!! We were so sad to have it cancelled tonight. Tom had the worst drive home ever Wednesday night taking him almost 9 hours to get home!!! There were trees down every where, cars just left, and cars not moving for hours!! We were SO glad when he finally got home at almost 1 in the morning!! We have enjoyed the snow days!! Jenn has spent hours sledding with her buddies Abby and Elena and Sarah O. and spent the night at Abby's house. Abby has spent countless hours sledding the ditch with Hannah and Rachel and has many stories to tell of their adventures. Sarah and Christine have spent most of the time here and they are so fun to have around!! Amy has been gone constantly with friends, a couple of days with Lauren (you can see the cute pics they took!!) and is now over at Megan's with Mandy for the night. I love the snow, I love happy girls and I love when we are all safe and sound!!

More Cabaret!!!

Sarah singing her big solo song on the opening night of Cabaret or "On Broadway" Sarah did an amazing job and lit up the stage!! We were all so proud of her and so happy for her!!

State Honor's Choir!!

Sarah had such a wonderful, once in a lifetime experience at State Honor's Choir held in Hampton Virginia in November. She was one of 12 Soprano I's chosen in the state of Virginia, a very big honor and accomplishment!! She enjoyed every second of the practices and workshops and enjoyed going down with Hannah and Ian from her high school and of course loved spending time with Dana when they had the chance!! We went down as a family with Mom and Dad on Friday night to see the concert on Saturday afternoon. We stayed at Va. Beach and had such a wonderful time. Being close to Christmas the boardwalk was all decorated with a festive light display that you could drive along and see, it was very festive and fun!! We enjoyed exploring the boardwalk in the morning and taking pictures on the beach and LOVED the concert!! It was a great weekend!!
